Thought Leadership, Public Speaking & Engagement

Bringing ideas to the table. Connecting perspectives. Shaping conversations.

I believe ideas matter most when they are shared, challenged, and translated into meaningful conversations. Through public speaking, panel discussions, writing, podcast conversations, and professional exchange, I contribute perspectives on leadership, governance, women’s empowerment, faith, and the social and political questions shaping our world.

My contributions span international platforms, including the Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (GILPP) Annual Conference, where I spoke on what Ghana’s women leaders can teach us about fair and compassionate governance. I have also contributed to discussions on human-centred leadership, cultural intelligence, mentorship, and the courage it takes to lead with character. Drawing on Ghana’s history and traditional leadership systems, my professional experience, and my own family heritage, I seek to bring perspectives that connect local realities with wider global conversations.

In November 2026, I will contribute to Afrikadag in Amsterdam as a speaker in a discussion inspired by We Shall Lead, a documentary highlighting young political leadership in Africa and the courage to lead. The engagement reflects my interest in amplifying African perspectives and exploring how emerging leaders can shape the continent’s political and democratic future.

Beyond speaking, my writing and professional engagement explore democratic governance, women’s political participation, migration, return migration, and diaspora engagement. Across these themes, I am interested in how leadership, institutions, culture, faith, and lived experience shape the way people participate in society and contribute to change.

Whether addressing an audience, joining a panel, contributing to a podcast, or developing written work, my aim is to bring thoughtful perspectives, bridge different experiences, and encourage conversations that move beyond ideas towards action.
