My commitment to developing people extends beyond formal institutions and professional settings. I believe lasting growth also happens through intentional relationships, shared experiences, mentorship, and communities that encourage people to become more than they are today.
As the founder of Ladies Lounge, I am building a Christ-centred women’s community focused on faith, fellowship, personal development, and intergenerational encouragement.
The initiative creates space for women to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, support one another, and become more intentional about their influence in their families, professions, and communities.
Community-building is a form of leadership in its own right. It is about creating an environment in which people feel encouraged to grow, recognise their potential, and use their gifts in service of others.
